There are three ways you may fill out an Absent Voter Ballot Application:

  • You may also print an Absent Voter Ballot Application—go to Forms above and print the application, fill it out and mail it to the clerk: Please check Board page for clerks information.

Or, you may drop your application at the drop box at the *Haynes Township Hall, 3930 E. McNeil Rd., Lincoln, MI 48742

  • You can call the clerk at (989) 736-3650 to have an application mailed to you.

Once you have received and completed your absentee ballot, you may return it three ways:

  • Mail it in the return envelope (postage paid)
  • Place it in the drop box at the Haynes Township Hall*
  • Call the clerk at (989) 736-3650 and drop it off to her in person
    • Please do not leave your ballot anywhere at the clerk’s home

Please note, if you are not on the Permanent Ballot List or the Permanent Application List, you must fill out an Absentee Voter Ballot Application Form in order to get a ballot.
